Getting to Know iPAQ Mobile Media

Right-click on the Context menu for these menu options:

■Click Open NevoMedia Server.■Click Disable NevoMedia Server.■Click Quick Add....■Run the Media Collection Wizard.■Click Scan All.

■Click Exit.

Performing Common NevoMedia Server Tasks

Scanning a Folder

When you use the Media Collection Wizard, NevoMedia Server automatically scans your local media folders on your personal computer. In addition, any changes made to folders that are "watched" are reflected in the database. At times, you may want to scan these folders to update the file and folder count. You can also manually scan folders using the icons or the drop-down menu options.

To scan a folder:

1. Select the folder you want to scan.

Note: The scan function is inactive if you haven't selected a folder. The inactive status is indicated by a grayed-out icon or menu item.

2.Click Media Collection > Scan. (NevoMedia Server will scan the folder you selected for new digital media. While scanning, NevoMedia Server is disabled.)
