Even though you'llprobably never need to take advantageof our incredible
servicepolicy, it'sgood to know that we back our productsthis confidently.We
doit because you deservethe best. Wewill make everyeffort to repairyour unit
withinthree businessdays from the receiptof your unit at our factory.This does
notinclude shipping time to and fromour factory. Units receivedon Friday are
typically shipped by thefollowing Wednesday, units received Monday are
typicallyshippedby Thursday,etc.
All repair workis performed by factory-trained technicians to meet exacting
factory specifications. Factory-servicedunits go through the same rigorous
testingand qualitycontrol inspectionsas new production units.
After the originalwarranty period, a standardflat rate service charge willbe
assessedfor each repair (physicaldamage and missingparts are not included).
Anyrepairs made afterthe original warrantywill be warranted for anadditional
90 daysafter service has been performedby our factory technicians. You can
