Returning YourUnit for Service
Beforesendingyour unit in for repair,please contactthe factory,either by phone
orby email, to obtain a RepairAuthorizationNumber for your unit.
NOTE:Please do not return your Humminbird® to the store for service.
Pleasehave yourproduct model nameand serial number availablebefore calling
the factory. If you contact the factoryby e-mail, please include yourproduct
model name and serialnumber in the e-mail, and use Request for Repair
AuthorizationNumber for your e-mailsubject header. Youshould include your
RepairAuthorizationNumber in all subsequentcommunicationsabout your unit.
ForIN-WARRANTYservice, complete thefollowing steps:
• Obtain a Repair Authorization Number fromthe Humminbird® Customer
ResourceCenter.
• Tag product with yourname, street address, phone number and your
assignedRepair AuthorizationNumber.
• Include a brief writtendescription of theproblem.
• Include a copy of yourreceipt (to show proofand date of purchase).
• Return productfreight prepaid to Humminbird®,using an insured carrier
withdelivery confirmation.
ForOUT-OF-WARRANTYservice,complete the followingsteps:
• Obtain a Repair Authorization Number fromthe Humminbird® Customer
ResourceCenter.
• Include paymentin the form of credit card number and expirationdate,
moneyorder or personalcheck. Please do notsend cash.
• Tag productwith your name, street address, phone numberand your
assignedRepair AuthorizationNumber.
• Include a brief writtendescription of theproblem.
• Return productfreight prepaid to Humminbird®,using an insured carrier
withdelivery confirmation.
