7. Ifyou unplugged the transducercable at the beginningof this procedure,

plugit back into the depthsounder.

NOTE:The connector is keyed to prevent reverse installation, so be careful not

toforce the plug into the connector the wrong way.

NOTE:Neither water, spilled gasoline, nor oil will affect the performanceof the

transducer.

Trolling Motor TransducerInstallation

Severalstylesof the transducerare compatible

with trollingmotor mounting. If you have a

trolling motorbracket, refer to the separate

installationinstructionsthat are included with

thebracket.

Ifyou don’t have a trollingmotor transducer,there are severaloptions:

• You may purchasea TrollingMotor Adapter kit thatwill allow you to mount

thetransducer on thetrolling motor.

• You may alsoexchange your NEW and UNASSEMBLEDtransducer (with

mountinghardwareincluded) for a trollingmotor transducer.

NOTE:There are also several transducer switches available that support the

configurationof two depth sounders with one transducer or two transducers with

onedepth sounder.
