Keywords

config [config_name]

Resets the configuration given by [config_name] to the factory default values for switch, port, alarm threshold, and zoning configuration. This keyword clears all zoning definitions. If [config_name] does not exist on the switch, a configuration with that name is created. If you omit [config_name], the active configuration is reset. You must activate the configuration or reset the switch for the changes to take effect. See Table 2 on page 24 through Table 4 on page 25

factory

Resets switch, alarm threshold, port, SNMP, zoning configuration, and blade server configuration settings to the factory default values. The switch configuration is activated automatically. See Table 2 on page 24 through Table 6 on page 26.

port [port_number]

Reinitializes the port given by [port_number]. Ports are numbered beginning with 0. For more information, see Table 37 on page 131.

snmp

Resets the SNMP configuration settings to the factory default values. See Table 5 on page 26 for SNMP configuration default values.

switch

Reinitializes the switch. This is the default. This command also closes the Telnet session.

system

Resets the blade server configuration settings to the factory default values. See Table 6 on page 26 for configuration default values.

zoning

Clears the zoning database and deactivates the active zone set. The zoning configuration values remain unchanged.

Notes

The following tables specify the various factory default settings.
