The DISPLAY menu consists of 2 screens (1/2 and 2/2)

DISPLAY (1/2) Menu screen

LCD BRIGHT-	MAX	For adjusting the brightness of the LCD.
NESS	+4	A bigger value increases brightness.

LCD CHROMA		For adjusting the concentration level of the color of the LCD.

LCD CONTRAST		For adjusting the LCD contrast.

	Ð2	A bigger value increases contrast.

LCD AUTO OFF	OFF	For selecting whether to turn off the LCD display automatically
	30MIN	when it is not to be used for a long time.
	1HOUR	OFF		: No auto OFF
	2HOUR	30MIN		: Auto OFF after 30 minutes
		1HOUR		: Auto OFF after 1 hour
		2HOUR		: Auto OFF after 2 hours
			Memo
		During recording or playback, the LCD display stays on regard-
		less of this setting.
DISPLAY	OFF	For turning on/off on-screen status display on the monitor con-
	ON	nected to the VIDEO MONITOR OUT terminal or the LCD.
	AUTO	OFF		: No on-screen status display. Only video is dis-
		ON		played.
				: Always shows on-screen status display.
		AUTO		: Shows on-screen status display for about 4 sec-
				onds during mode changes.
COUNTER	LOWER-R	For selecting the counter display position (CTL counter, time code
POSI.	LOWER-L	and userÕs bit) of the monitor or the LCD.
	UPPER-R	LOWER-R		: Lower right
	UPPER-L	LOWER-L		: Lower left
	CENTER	UPPER-R		: Upper right
		UPPER-L		: Upper left
		CENTER		: Center
