JPEG Playback

You can search and play back desired groups and files using the JPEG control display.

Using the JPEG control display

A Turn on the unit.

Press 1.

B Select the DVD deck.

On the unit

Press S-VHS/DVDrepeatedly so that the DVD indicator lights up.

On the remote control

Press DVD so that the DVD indicator lights up.

●Set the type of playback files to “JPEG” on the DVD Set Up menu. ( pg. 81)

C Load the disc.

APress x on the DVD deck to open the disc tray.

BPlace the JPEG disc in the disc tray.

●For details, refer to “Placing a Disc” ( pg. 7).

CPress x on the DVD deck to close the disc tray.

● Pressing 4 also close the disc tray.

● The JPEG control display appears on the TV when an JPEG is loaded.

DSelect the group.

Press w e to select the desired group.

E Start playback.

Press rt to select the desired file, then press OK.

●You can skip a file across a group. Press 6 to skip to the first file of the next group when the last file of the current group is selected.

The slide-show playback starts from the selected file.

●If you select the file while stopped, press OK or 4 to start slide-show playback from the select file.

F Pause playback.

Press 9.

●To resume normal playback, press 4.

G Stop playback.

Press 8. Press x on the DVD deck to open the disc tray, then remove the disc.

NOTE:

4, 8, 9, 2and 6buttons function the same as with Audio CD discs, however, 3 or 5 does not function for JPEG playback.
