Random Playback

You can play tracks on DVD AUDIO/VCD/SVCD/CD in random order.

• You cannot use Resume play for random playback.

Before using the remote control, press DVD so that the remote control works for the DVD player.

& While stopped

1Press ON SCREEN repeatedly until the on- screen bar with pull-down menu appears on the TV.

2Press cursor 3 (or 2) repeatedly to move to RND. in the pull-down menu, then press

ENTER.

The RANDOM indicator lights up on the display and playback starts in random order.

To stop random playback

Press 7.

Random playback is canceled.

When all tracks have been played once, random playback is also canceled.

Notes:

The same track will not be played more than once during random playback.

During random playback, you can skip back to the beginning of the current track by pressing 4, but cannot skip back to the tracks that have been played.

During random playback, pressing ENTER with RND. selected in the on-screen bar cancels random playback and continues playback in the normal order.

Repeat Playback

You can repeat playback of the current title or chapter (for DVD VIDEO), group or track (for DVD AUDIO), or track (for VCD/SVCD/CD).

You can also repeat playback of a desired portion.

Before using the remote control, press DVD so that the remote control works for the DVD player.
