Write Definitions

This mode defines the information printed on film next to each document, based upon the document level. The default value for all levels is <FF/IA-All Del>.

❏ Scanner 923	■	Scanner/Microimager 990	❏	Scanner 9500

When using a Microimager 70 without the Advanced Function Module installed, a limited number of print items are available. The available print items are:

∙Full Image Address

∙Indexed Fields Only

∙Nothing Printed

When using a Microimager 70 with the Advanced Function Module installed, or Scanner/Microimager 990, all print items may be used.

If the same information is to be printed next to documents of all levels:

1.Select Same Sequence per Level.

2. Select the item(s) to be printed.

NOTE: If the definition exceeds the thirty-eight (38) character limit, the first thirty-eight (38) characters will be printed on film next to each document and the remainder of the information will be truncated. New information will appear in the New Print Sequence Display Values box. When you press Enter, the print sequence will appear in the upper box.
