PTT alert call
When your phone receives a PTT alert, it sounds the “PTT Alert” tone. The message “Incoming Alert” appears on the screen with the phone number or contact name of the caller.
•To ignore the alert, press 
to select Ignore or press the speakerphone button on the top of the phone.
•To answer, press and release the 
to select Answer.
To speak, press and hold the 
.
Once the PTT call has ended or you have ignored the alert, your phone returns to the text message screen that was open.
Standard call
When a standard call comes in, the phone rings and an incoming call message appears on the screen.
•If you don’t wish to answer the call, select Ignore.
•To answer the call, press 
. The message you were working on will be saved in the Saved folder. To return to the message, press 
down to open the Messages menu, select Saved and select the message.
