Ifyouinstalltheharddiskdrivewithadapterintothebaywhilethecomputerisinsleepmodeoroperating,
andtheharddiskdriveisprotectedbyapassword,youcannotgetaccesstothedriverightafterinstalling
theadapterintothebay.Togetaccesstoit,dothefollowing:
1.Putyourcomputerintohibernationmode.
2.Pressthepowerbuttontoreturntonormaloperation.Theharddiskpasswordiconisdisplayedat
theupperleftofthescreen.
3.Typethepassword.Thenyoucangetaccesstotheharddiskdrive.
Note:Whenyouinstalltheharddiskdrivewithadapterintothebay,makesurethatyouinstallitrmly.You
cansecuretheharddiskdriveadapterbyinstallingahex-headscrew(includedintheshippingcontents)
intothescrewhole.
