DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST

Display Illumination

If desired, the display can be illuminated.

Press the navigation display illu- minator.

• The display illuminator shuts off approximately 5 seconds after the last camera operation.

• If the button is pressed again before the 5 seconds, it will shut off.

Display Contrast

The contrast level of the display is adjustable.

1.Press the display selection but- ton for 3 seconds to select the

contrast set display.

• The contrast set display appears.

2.Turn either the front or rear- control dial to adjust the con-

trast intensity.

• Turning the dial in the + direction increases the intensity.

The contrast display will disappear when the shutter-release but- ton is pressed partway down.
