4Select Connections.

5To automatically detect network settings, select Automatically detect settings.

6If you did not select Automatically detect settings, in Select network, select the network to which Internet Explorer should connect.

7Select Done.

Note: You can configure settings for your selected network from Connections. For more information, see “Phone Networks” on page 86.

Clear memory

1On the Home screen, select Start.

2Select Internet Explorer.

3Select Menu and then Options.

4Select Memory.

5Select the type of memory to clear, as described in the following table, and select Clear, then Yes, and then Done.

To	Select
Clear Web pages from the cache. (When you do	Temporary files
this, you will no longer be able to view these
cached Web pages offline. You will need to
connect to the Internet and go to the page. This
downloads a new file to the cache, so you can
again view the page offline.)
Clear stored cookies. This deletes personal	Cookies
information about you that is stored for use by
various Web sites.
Clear History files.	History
