4.1.2.1 Clearing Document Jams
When a document jams while passing through the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) "Document Jam" appears on the display.
4.1.2.1(a) Input Misfeed
1)Remove the remaining documents from the ADF.
2)Pull the jammed document gently out of the ADF.
3) Load the documents back into the ADF.
NOTE :To prevent document jams do not use thick, thin or mixed documents.
