Printing a Report

Step 4: At the Records to Print field, use the UP and Down arrow keys to select

Format (Cont.)

Current Record, Marked Records, or All Records and press Enter.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5: The Destination field specifies how the report will be printed. Use the

 

UP and Down arrow keys to select Printer or UNIX File and press

 

Enter.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6: If the Destination field is set to UNIX File, the File Name field will be

 

displayed. Enter the file name of the UNIX file that will be created by the

 

print of the selected report format and press Enter.

 

 

 

 

Step 7: To output the report format (output to printer or to UNIX file) use the Tab

 

key to select Ok at the bottom of the screen and press Enter. The selected

 

report will now be sent to the printer device or to the UNIX file (as

 

designated in Step 5).

 

Note: This report format can be cleared at anytime by selecting the Clear option at the

 

bottom of the screen. Using the Tab key, select the Clear option and press Enter.

 

All fields will be cleared on the Report Formats window.

 

 

 

 

Step 8: If finished with the specific reports function, use the Tab key to select

 

the Exit option at the bottom of the screen and press Enter to return to

 

the Report Formats menu screen (Figure 3-2).
