i2022 ISDN Teleset

NOTE: The user can place the Analog Port on hold by “flashing” the switchooks (or pressing a flash key) on the phone. Flashing a second time reconnects to the held call.

Outgoing calls can be placed from the Analog Port. The analog icons will show the on-hook/off-hook status of the analog call.

NOTE: The Analog Port supports Touchtone dialing only. It does not support rotary or pulse dialing.

CALL BLOCKING TONE

The i2022 will furnish an audible tone if there is no B-Channel available. This tone will notify the user there is no talk path between the i2022 or the Analog Port to the far end. The Call Blocking Tone will also be delivered to the Analog Port.

ICONS

The i2022 Teleset is equipped with icons to facilitate the operation of the i2022’s features. An icon is a symbol used to give the user a graphical representation of specific features of the i2022.

There are a total of 12 icons located on the top row of the LCD display.

TEST -- The test icons lights whenever the Teleset is in a test mode.

CORDLESS -- The handset portion of the icon will light when the cordless option is installed and programmed. When the cordless phone is in use, the arrow portion of the icon will light along with the handset portion of the icon.

NOTE: The cordless option is not currently available.

WARNING -- Lights if the i2022 has detected a configuration problem.

PASSWORD -- Lights when a password is set

ANALOG

The Analog Call Appearance icon has four states. The first state is off. If the Analog Call Appearance is not assigned the icon will be off.

On-Hook-- The icon on the left is displayed when the Analog Port is programmed and the Analog Call Appearance is on-hook.

Ringing -- The icon in the center is displayed when the Analog Port is programmed and the Analog Call Appearance is ringing.
