1. Main ofﬁce B deter mines that this is to a local branchofﬁce with preﬁx

225. The system transmits 225-53456 to the NRS. The NRS checks its

provisioning, and determines that this call goes to branch ofﬁce B1.

2. The main ofﬁce sends the call to 225-53456 to the branch ofﬁce. The

branch ofﬁce deletes the preﬁx and LSC, and rings set 3456.
