Zone parameters must be conﬁgured on the main ofﬁce and the branch

ofﬁce. For information on conﬁguring zones, see "Bandwidth Management"

(page 95).

Branch ofﬁce IP Phone conﬁguration at the main ofﬁce

After the branch ofﬁce zones and passwords are provisioned, provisionthe

branch ofﬁce IP Phones at the main ofﬁce. These can be provisioned using

TelephonyManager 3.1. See "Branch ofﬁce IP Phone conﬁguration using

TelephonyManager 3.1" (page 38)or LD 11. See Procedure 2 "Conﬁguring

branch ofﬁce IP Phones at the main ofﬁce usingLD 11" (page 39).

ATTENTION

There is no automatic data synchronization between the main ofﬁce Call Server

and SRG. The technician must provision the telephone on both the Call Server

and the SRG.

Branch ofﬁce IP Phone conﬁguration using TelephonyManager 3.1

At the main ofﬁce, TelephonyManager 3.1 can be used to conﬁgure branch

ofﬁce IP Phones. Use Telephone Pages to conﬁgure the telephones to

include the following:

•Terminal Type

•TN
