1.Press the cover release tab and raise the top cover to its fully open position.
2.Gently pull out the document towards the front of the machine.

2.Pull forward the blue paper release lever (1) to release the paper.
3.Lower the top cover and press down firmly to lock it closed.

3.Carefully withdraw the jammed sheet.
4.Return the blue paper release lever (1) to its original position.
