There may be significant electrical noise affecting the pump motor.

3.If the line voltage is inappropriate for the pump motor, move it to another line

voltage source.

Check the pumping environment for devices that could be creating electrical noise. If possible, shut off these devices or move the pump to another location.

There may be a problem with the microprocessor.

Turn the unit’s power off and on, adjusting the settings, and attempt to resume pumping.

Is pump running?

You have selected a command

 

that requires the pump motor

 

to be running.

1.Press the START/STOP key to start the motor.

2.Verify that the display is in the

RUNNING Display Mode and try to select the command again.

Locked Rotor?

The motor should be running, but

 

 

 

no pulse interrupts are occurring,

 

 

 

so it is not running.

 

 

 

To recover from a locked rotor

 

 

 

condition, first turn the power switch

 

 

 

off and then back on. Then attempt

 

 

 

a solution below.

The motor shaft may be locked.

1.

The tubing may be causing a

 

 

 

jam. Observe how the tubing

 

 

 

is loaded in the pump head

 

 

 

and, if necessary, reload it.

Detach the pump(s) and check

 

 

 

for a mechanical jam.

 

 

 

Substitute another pump, if

 

 

 

necessary.

 

 

3.

Turn the unit’s power off and

 

 

 

on, adjust the settings, and

 

 

 

attempt to resume pumping.
