Setting Communication Preferences

Adding detailed information to a network service profile

If you are using one of the predefined network service profiles, you probably need to enter only your user name, password, and telephone number. If you are creating a new network service profile, you may need to provide additional information to your ISP or dial-in server. You use the Details dialog box to add more information to a selected network service profile.

To add connection details:

1.From the Communications Preferences screen, select Network.

2.Tap the service field.

3.Tap Details.
