Delete individual expenses, or an entire category of expenses at once.

Go to Applications and select Expense .

Select the expense you want to delete.

Delete the item:

a.Open the menus.

b.Select Delete Item in the Record menu.

[ & ] OPTIONAL Check the box to save an archive copy of the expense on your computer.

Select OK.

Done
