After using the camera and after following steps, it is recommended to place it in the optional soft case, in order to preserve it.

1 Turn the power switch to [OFF]. (P19)

2 Eject the card. (P17)

3 Remove the monitor hood. (P21)

4 Remove the battery. (P14)

•The date back-up disappears after about 5 hours.

5 Attach the lens cap. (P20)
