Direct Remote Operation

Once you have entered the remote code, you can control your unit by direct commands. Hang up anytime to end the remote operation.

Direct commands

4	NEW MESSAGE PLAYBACK
4	• Only new messages are played back.
5	ALL MESSAGE PLAYBACK
5	• All messages are played back.
1	REPEAT (During playback)
1	• The current message is repeated.
2	SKIP (During playback)
	• The current message is skipped. The
	next message is played.
9	STOP (During playback)
9	• Playback is temporarily stopped.

• To resume playback, press 9 again within 15 seconds, or the help menu will start.

GREETING MESSAGE RECORDING

7 • A series of short beeps will sound followed by a long beep.

RECORD	• Talk immediately after the long beep.
9	• The recording is stopped.

•The recorded message is played.

4	ERASING A SPECIFIC MESSAGE

•The current message is erased.

•A short beep will sound and the next message will be played.

5	ERASING ALL MESSAGES
	• All recorded messages are

erased.

•A long beep sounds and “No message” is heard.

	0	ANSWERING SYSTEM OFF
	0	• The unit hangs up and will not

DISCONNECT

•The call is terminated and messages will be saved.
