To store the carrier code

3Enter the base unit password (p. 29).

4Press 1 .

•The current setting is displayed.

0: OFF (factory preset) 1: ON

5 Press 1 to select ON.

6Enter the carrier code, up to 7 digits.

7Press .

•A confirmation tone sounds.

•To continue storing the area code(s), enter the command 2 .

•To return to the stand-by mode, press

or wait for 60 seconds.

To turn OFF the ARS mode
Follow steps 1 to 4, then press 0	to select
OFF in step 5. When finished, press	.
