Entering disc titles
Usethe disc title input feature to store up to
48CD titles in the unit. Each title can be up to
10characters long.

2 Playthe CD that you want to enter a
titlefor.
3 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select
TITLEINPUT in the function menu.
4 PressDISP/SCRL to select the desired
charactertype.
PressDISP/SCRL repeatedly to switch between
thefollowing character types:
AlphabetNumbers
5 PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
selecta letter of the alphabet.
6 PushMULTI-CONTROL left or right to
movethe cursor to the previous or next
characterposition.
7 Movethe cursor to the last position by
pushingMULTI-CONTROL right after enter-
ingthe title.
Whenyou push MULTI-CONTROL right one
moretime, the entered title is stored in mem-
ory.
8 PressBAND/ESC to return to the play-
backdisplay.
Notes
!Titlesremain in memory, even after the disc is
removedfrom the unit, and are recalled when
thedisc is reinserted.
!Afterdata for 48 discs are stored in the mem-
ory,data for a new disc overwrites the oldest
one.
!Ifyou connect a multi-CD player, you can
inputdisc titles for up to 100 discs.
!Whena multi-CD player that does not support
disctitle functions is connected, you cannot
enterdisc titles in this unit.
