•Toadd an exercise session select Program >
EDIT> Weekly Exercises > ADD. Enter
Duration.Press DOWN to view the added
exercisesession's heart rate intensity zones.
•Toedit the duration of an exercise session in
programselect Program > EDIT > Weekly
Exercises> The exercise you wish to edit.
SelectYES to EDIT DURATION?. Adjust the
durationand press OK.
Whenyou edit your programmed exercises, the
restof the data regarding that exercise session
andyour weekly exercise targets are
automaticallyupdated.
•Todelete an exercise session select Program >
EDIT> Weekly Exercises > The exercise you
wishto delete.
Pressand hold LIGHT. Select YES to DELETE
EXERCISE?and ARE YOU SURE?.
Afteryou have deleted an exercise session, you
cannotrestore it!
•Toturn your workout program on/off, select
Program> SETTINGS > ON/OFF.
Whenyour program is switched off, it remains in
thememory but the exercise targets do not show
inthe Diary view and you cannot select program
exercisesessions in the Exercise menu.
