
Record YourExercise
1. Wearthe transmitter and wrist unit. Start heart
ratemeasurement by pressing OK. Preferably,
thereshould be no other heart rate monitors
nearby(within 1m / 3ft) to avoid interference.
2. Within15 seconds, your heart rate appears on
thedisplay.
3. PressOK.Exercise and the name of the next
exercisesession alternate in the top row.
Recordthe exercise session by selecting START
andpressing OK.
Youcan change your exercise session and
adjustExercise settings by selecting SETTINGS.

4. PressBACK to stop recording. Select EXIT to
viewan exercise summary.
Troubleshooting:
•Yourexercise information is saved only if the
stopwatchhas been on for more than one
minute.
•OwnZone> Your heart rate monitor has started
todetermine your target heart rate zone
automatically.Skip the process by pressing OK.
Inthis case, if you have not determined your
OwnZonebefore, your age-based heart rate limits
areused. For more information on determing
OwnZone,see page 31.
•STARTWITH BASIC SETTINGS > Press OK to
completeyour Basic settings.
