Thread the hex nut and height adjuster into the base. Wrench tighten the nut.
Attach both stabilizers to the upright support bracket using eight hex head screws (D) and eight washers (E). Finger tighten.
Attach the lower portion of both stabilizers to the base frame using eight hex head screws (D) and eight washers (E). Wrench tighten.
Return to the upright support bracket. Wrench tighten the eight screws that secure the
stabilizers to the bracket.
Secure the upright support. Wrench tighten the two screws holding the upright support onto the base.
