S

(A1004.000A) (Eport Isolating due to EFP Domain Overlap)

Meaning:

An E_Port isolated because each fabric has a switch with the same

domain ID.

Action:

Change the domain ID on one of the conflicting switches.

(A1004.000B) (Eport Isolating due to Switch Administratively Offline)

Meaning:

An E_Port isolated because the local switch has been placed

offline.

Action:

Configure the administrative state to Online to establish the link.

(A1004.000C) (Eport Isolating due to Domain ID Locked, Domain ID unavailable)

Meaning:

An E_Port isolated because the requested domain ID matches

another in the fabric and assigning an alternative is prohibited by

the domain ID Lock parameter.

Action:

Disable the domain ID lock parameter or reconfigure the domain

IDs.

(A1004.000D) (Eport Isolating due to RDI SW Reject)

Meaning:

An E_Port isolated because the principal switch rejected the local

switch domain ID.

Action:

Change the domain ID so that it is unique in the fabric.

(A1004.000E) (Eport Isolating due to RDI Domain out of Range)

Meaning:

An E_Port isolated because the principal switch rejected the local

switch domain ID as being out of range (1-239).

Action:

Change the domain ID to a valid number.

(A1004.000F) (Eport Isolating due to Merge Zone Failure)

Meaning:

An ISL failed because the two active zone sets each have a zone

with the same name, but different members.

Action:

Modify one or both of the zones so that their membership is the

same, or deactivate one of the active zone sets. To connect the two

fabrics, reset the affected E_Ports.

(A1004.0010) (Eport Isolating due to Remote switch using same domain ID)

Meaning:

An E_Port isolated because the remote switch has the same

domain ID.

Action:

Change the domain ID on one of the switches.

59060-02 B specifications

The Q-Logic 59060-02 B is a cutting-edge Fibre Channel host bus adapter (HBA) designed to optimize data transfer rates and enhance connectivity in high-performance computing environments. This advanced HBA is particularly suited for enterprise data centers that demand robust and reliable storage solutions, capable of handling large volumes of data with minimal latency.

One of the main features of the Q-Logic 59060-02 B is its dual-channel architecture, which allows for simultaneous data transfer across two separate Fibre Channel connections. This dual-channel capability effectively doubles the data throughput compared to single-channel adapters, providing seamless scalability for growing storage demands. The HBA supports data rates of up to 2 Gbps, ensuring rapid access to storage devices and enhanced performance for applications requiring high bandwidth.

The Q-Logic 59060-02 B also incorporates advanced technologies that enhance its functionality and performance. One such technology is its integrated hardware acceleration for offloading tasks like error correction and flow control from the host CPU. This offloading conserves system resources, allowing the CPU to focus on other critical tasks and improving overall system efficiency.

In addition, the adapter is designed for easy integration with existing storage networks, thanks to its compliance with SCSI standards and support for various operating systems, including Windows and Linux. This compatibility makes the Q-Logic 59060-02 B a versatile solution for diverse IT environments.

Security is another critical aspect of the Q-Logic 59060-02 B. The adapter includes built-in features for secure data transmission, including advanced encryption capabilities that protect sensitive information traveling across the network. This focus on security helps organizations safeguard their data integrity and comply with industry regulations.

Another noteworthy characteristic of the Q-Logic 59060-02 B is its robustness and reliability. The HBA is designed to handle rigorous data workloads and can operate in demanding conditions typical of data center environments. With its superior quality and performance capabilities, the Q-Logic 59060-02 B remains a preferred choice for enterprises looking to enhance their data storage and retrieval systems while maintaining high levels of performance and security.
