RIC-155 is a registered trademark of RAD. No right, license, or interest to such tradema rk is granted

hereunder, and you agree that no such right, license, or interest shall be asserted by you with respect

to such trademark.

You shall not copy, reverse compile or reverse assemble all or any portion of the Manual or the RIC-

155. You are prohibited from, and sh all not, directly or indirectly, dev elop, market, distribute, license,

or sell any product that suppo rts substantially similar function ality as the RIC-155, based on or derived

in any way from the RIC-155. Your underta king in this paragraph shall survive the t ermination of this

Agreement.

This Agreement is effective upo n your opening of the RIC-155 package and shal l continue until

terminated. RAD may terminate this Agreement upon the breach by you of any term hereof. Upon

such termination by RAD, you agree to retu rn to RAD the RIC-155 and all copies and portions thereof.
