In the Optional Tray2

If paper is jammed in the optional tray2, ‘Jam0 In Tray2’ appears on the display.

1Using the handle, open the right cover.

2Remove the jammed paper in the direction shown. To avoid the paper tearing, pull it out gently and slowly. Go to step 10.

If you cannot find the jammed paper in the printer, go to step 3.
