4Open the lever on each side of the DIMM slot all the way.

5Remove the memory DIMM from the antistatic package. Locate the alignment notches on the bottom edge of the DIMM.

NOTE: Avoid touching the connection points along the edge of the memory.

6Holding the DIMM by the edges, align the notches on the DIMM with the notches at the top of the DIMM slot.
