Stavite 100 g čokolade u malu, duboku, staklenu posudu. Zagrevajte 3-5 minuta na 450 W sve dok se čokolada ne otopi.

Promešajte jednom ili dvaput tokom otapanja. Za vađenje koristite rukavice!

TOPLJENJE KRISTALIZOVANOG MEDA

Stavite 20 g kristalizovanog meda u malu, duboku, staklenu posudu. Zagrevajte 20-30 sekundi na 300 W sve dok se med ne otopi.

TOPLJENJE ŽELATINA

Suve listove želatina (10 g) potopite u hladnu vodu na 5 minuta. Ocedite želatin i stavite ga u malu vatrostalnu činiju. Zagrevajte 1 minut na 300 W.

Promešajte nakon otapanja.

KUVANJE GLAZURE ILI PRELIVA (ZA KOLAČE I SITNE KOLAČE)

Pomešajte instant prah za preliv (oko 14 g) sa 40 g šećera i 250 ml hladne vode. Kuvajte nepokriveno u staklenoj vatrostalnoj činiji 3,5 do 4,5 minuta na 800 W, dok preliv/glazura ne postane providna. Promešajte dvaput tokom obrade.

KUVANJE DŽEMA

Stavite 600 g voća (npr. mešanog bobičastog voća) u dovoljno veliku vatrostalnu činiju sa poklopcem. Dodajte 300 g šećera za zimnicu i dobro promešajte. Kuvajte poklopljeno 10-12 minuta na 800 W.

Promešajte nekoliko puta tokom kuvanja. Sipajte direktno u male tegle za džem sa poklopcem sa navojem. Ostavite da odstoji poklopljeno 5 minuta.

Pomešajte prah za puding sa šećerom i mlekom (500 ml) pridržavajući se uputstva na kesici i dobro promešajte. Uzmite odgovarajuću posudu od vatrostalnog stakla sa poklopcem. Kuvajte poklopljeno 6,5 do 7,5 minuta na 800 W.

Dobro promešajte nekoliko puta tokom kuvanja.

PRŽENJE KRIŠKI BADEMA

Ravnomerno rasporedite 30 g seckanih badema po keramičkom tanjiru srednje veličine.

Nekoliko puta promešajte tokom pečenja u trajanju od 3,5 do 4,5 minuta na 600 W.

Ostavite da odstoji 2-3 minuta u pećnici. Za vađenje koristite rukavice!
