Korištenje pećnice

Način rada mikrovalne pećnice

Mikrovalovi su elektromagnetski valovi visoke frekvencije; energijom koju otpuštaju hrana se kuha ili podgrijava bez promjena u obliku ili boji.

Mikrovalnu pećnicu možete koristiti za:

•odmrzavanje

•podgrijavanje

•kuhanje

Princip kuhanja.

1.Mikrovalovi koje generira magnetron

reflektiraju se u unutrašnjosti i jednolično se raspoređuju uslijed okretanja hrane na tanjuru. Hrana se zbog toga kuha ravnomjerno.

2. Hrana apsorbira mikrovalove do dubine od oko 2,5 cm. Kuhanje se zatim nastavlja jer se toplina raspoređuje u hrani.
