Modul de funcţionare a unui cuptor cu microunde

Microundele sunt unde electromagnetice de înaltă frecvenţă; energia emisă permite gătirea sau reîncălzirea alimentelor fără a se modifica forma sau culoarea acestora.

Puteţi utiliza cuptorul cu microunde pentru:

•Decongelare

•Reîncălzire

•Preparare

Principiile preparării.

1.Microundele generate de magnetron

sunt reflectate şi distribuite uniform în interiorul cuptorului, în timpul rotirii alimentelor pe platoul rotativ. Astfel, alimentele sunt gătite uniform.
