TOPLJENJE ČOKOLADE

Stavite 100 g čokolade u malu staklenu posudu. Zagrijte 3–5 minuta na 450 W dok se čokolada ne otopi.

Promiješajte jednom ili dvaput tijekom topljenja. Koristite rukavice za pećnicu prilikom vađenja!

TOPLJENJE KRISTALIZIRANOG MEDA

Stavite 20 g kristaliziranog meda u malu, duboku staklenu posudu.

Zagrijte 20–30 sekundi na 300 W dok se med ne otopi.

TOPLJENJE ŽELATINE

Suhe listove želatine (10 g) stavite na 5 min u hladnu vodu.

Ocijeđenu želatinu stavite u malu staklenu vatrostalnu zdjelu.

Zagrijte 1 minutu na 300 W.

Promiješajte nakon otapanja.

KUHANJE GLAZURE (ZA TORTE I KOLAČE)

Pomiješajte instant glazuru (oko 14 g) s 40 g šećera i 250 ml hladne vode.

Kuhajte otkriveno u staklenoj vatrostalnoj zdjeli 3,5 do 4,5 minute na 800 W dok glazura ne postane prozirna. Promiješajte dvaput tijekom kuhanja.

KUHANJE MARMELADE

Stavite 600 g voća (npr. miješanih bobica) u staklenu vatrostalnu zdjelu prikladne veličine s poklopcem. Dodajte 300 g konzervirajućeg šećera i dobro promiješajte.

Kuhajte pokriveno 10–12 minuta na 800 W.

Promiješajte nekoliko puta tijekom kuhanja. Ispraznite izravno u male staklenke za marmeladu s poklopcem. Ostavite poklopac 5 minuta.

Jednakomjerno rasporedite 30 g narezanih badema na keramički tanjur srednje veličine. Nekoliko puta promiješajte tijekom prženja 3,5 do 4,5 minuta na 600 W.

Ostavite u pećnici 2–3 minute da odstoji. Koristite rukavice za pećnicu prilikom vađenja!
