INTERRUPT VECTOR ADDRESSES
All interrupt vector addresses for the S3F80P5 interrupt structure are stored in the vector address area of the
internal program memory ROM, 00H−FFH (See Figure 5-3).
You can allocate unused locations in the vector address area as normal program memory. If you do so, please be
careful not to overwrite any of the stored vector addresses (Table 5-1 lists all vector addresses).
The program reset address in the ROM is 0100H. Reset address can be changed by smart option (Refer to Table
13-3 or Figure 2-2).

The size of ISPTM sector can be varied by Smart Option (refer to Figure 2-2). According to the smart option setting related to
the ISP, ISP reset vector address can be changed one of addresses to be selected (200H, 300H, 500H, or 900H).
