Adding an Event to the Scheduler
Your Scheduler helps organize your time and reminds you of
important events (up to 100 events).
To add an event:
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Calendarand press .
3. Highlight the day you want to add an event to by using the
Navigation key and press .
4. Press Options(right softkey)to display the options.
5. Highlight Add Eventand press .
6. Highlight Schedule Eventand press .
7. Enter the description and press , or press without
entering the description.
8. Select the menu under the following options and press .
Descriptionto enter a description of your event (up to 14
characters).
Fromto schedule the start time.
Toto schedule the end time.
Locationto edit the location of your event (up to 14
characters).
Alarmto select your desired setting from Beep,Voice Alarm
or Off.
Alarm Timeto edit the alarm time (number of hours or
minutes before the event starts).Default alarm time is 10
minutes.
Repeatto repeat the event.Select None,Daily,Weekly,
Monthly,or Yearly.
9. Press Save(left softkey)to schedule the event.
Tip:The date you have scheduled events for is indicated by “ .”
Tip:Press / on the Navigation key to scroll by week through the Scheduler
calendar and the Side Volume keys to scroll by month.
