2. Copying

Basic Procedure

A Make sure that the machine is in Copy mode.

If the machine is not in Copy mode, press the {Copy} key.

B When the machine is set for the user code, enter the user code with the number keys and then press the {#} key.

C Make sure that there are no previ- ous settings remaining.

❒To clear settings, press the

{Clear Modes} key.

D Set your originals.

E Set your desired settings.

F Enter the number of copies re- quired with the number keys.

Note

❒The maximum copy quantity can be set between 1 and 999 (default: 999).

❒To change the number entered, press the {Clear/Stop} key and enter the new number.

G Press the {Start} key.

The machine starts copying.

Note

❒When you set originals on the exposure glass, press the {#} key after all originals are scanned.

❒Copies are delivered face down.

❒To stop the machine during the multi-copy run, press the {Clear/ Stop} key.

❒To return the machine to the ini- tial condition after copying, press the {Clear Modes} key.
