When the toner supply in the toner hopper becomes

low, the ADD TONER symbol flashes and this message appears:

Add toner:

Press HELP

Add the toner as described below.

Note: Use only toner cartridges made or designated by Sharp in order to optimize copy quality.

Replacing Procedure

1 Open the toner hopper lid.

2 It is possible that the toner may have become caked. In order to loosen it, tap the cartridge at least 10 times.
