Activating the Print Hold function

Once you have programmed a Print Hold code, follow the steps below to activate the Print Hold function.

♦A Print Hold code must be programmed before the Print Hold function can be activated.

PRINT HOLD

ENTER #(1-4, , )

Press	4 .	4: ACTIVATE PRT. HOLD
		1=YES, 2=NO

Printing received faxes

When the Print Hold function is activated, RCVD PRINT HOLD FAX will appear in the display when a fax has been received to memory. Follow the steps below to print the fax (or faxes).
