Erasing received messages

It is important to erase received messages after you listen to them to ensure that the memory does not become full.

♦ Erasing all messages: To erase all messages, press FUNCTION ,	, and
	DELETE

then START/MEMORY . This can only be done when the display shows TOTAL

MSGS:XX (where XX is the number of messages received).

♦ Erasing a single message: To erase a single message, press

DELETE

while the message is being played.

Recording reminders and messages for other users

You can record reminders for yourself and messages for other users of the machine. These will be played back together with incoming messages when

the PLAY key is pressed.

	Press MEMO once and	once.

	Pick up the handset, press START/MEMORY , and speak into the handset.

	When you have finished speaking, replace the handset or press STOP .

Recording phone conversations

REC/

To record a phone conversation, hold down the MEMO key during the conversation you want to record. When you are finished, release the key. The conversation will be played back when the PLAY key is pressed.
