Using Night Answer
When night answer mode is active, for example during a lunch break or after office hours, all external calls are immediately forwarded to a specific internal telephone (night station). The night station can be defined by serv- ice personnel (standard night answer service) or by you (temporary night answer service).
Special features must be taken into considera- tion if your telephone operates with
HiPath 5000 RSM (system networking via PC network) Æ Page 102!
Activating this function:
Select and confirm.
Enter the code.
Press the "OK" dialog key to confirm ( standard night an- swer service).
Enter the code ( standard night answer service).
Enter the destination number (= temporary night an- swer service).
Confirm.
Deactivating night answer:
Select and confirm.
Enter the code.
