Depending on the DVD, the disc information may not be displayed or the display may not be changed.

Tips

You can check the current track title during playback. If you press SCROLL, a track title appears scrolling in the display.

You can check the playing time of the disc using the Control Menu (see “Viewing information about the disc in the on-screen display” on page 78).

Viewing information about the disc in the on-screen display

You can check the playing time and remaining time of the current title, chapter, or track, and the total playing time of the disc.

You can also check the DVD/CD text and file/ album name recorded on the disc.

1 Press DVD DISPLAY during play.

The Control Menu appears.

2 Press DISPLAY on the DVD player to change the time information.

The display and the kinds of time that you can change depend on the disc you are playing.
