■Go to calendar—leaves the to-do list, and goes to the calendar.

■Save to calendar—saves the to-do note to a date on your calendar.

■Delete done notes—deletes all done notes in the list (available only if there are notes done).

■Delete all notes—deletes all the to-do notes in the list (available only in header view).

Edit a To-do Note

▶Display the to-do note (see page 97) and select Edit to edit the note or Options to select from the following:

■Deadline—sets a deadline for the note (available only in body view).

■Mark note as done or Mark note as not done—marks a note or task as complete or incomplete; no more reminders will follow (available if note is not already done).

■Delete—deletes the note.

■Edit priority—changes the priority to high, medium, or low (available only in body view).

■Send—sends the note to another device as a text message or as a calendar note to another compatible device.

■Go to calendar—leaves the to-do list and displays the calendar.

■Save to calendar—saves the to-do note to a date on your calendar.
