Options While Viewing a List of Notes

The options listed below are available while viewing the header of a note.

1.Select Options while viewing a day’s note to display the following:

■Make a note—creates a new note for the selected date.

■Delete—deletes the note.

■Edit—edits the note.

■Move—moves the note to another date.

■Repeat—sets the note to recur on a regular basis (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and yearly).

■Go to date—jumps to another date.

■Go to today—jumps to today’s date.

■Send note—sends the note to another device or in calendar-to-calendar (vCal) format.

■Copy—copies the note, which you can then paste to another date.

■Settings—sets the date and time, format, the day each week starts, and whether you want your notes to auto-delete after a specified time.

■Go to to-dolist—jumps to the to-do list.

2.Select an option to activate or enter its submenu.

Note:

If the day for which you are deleting events contains a repeating event, you will receive the following prompt: “This is a recurring event <event name>.” Select Delete this to erase a single occurrence, Delete all to erase all occurrences of the event, or Cancel to cancel the deletion of the repeating event.
