Searching inside folders

You can search for and select tracks by name within folders on a USB flash drive and play them back.

If double-byte characters, such as Japanese kana, are used in a file name, this unit cannot show them correctly, so accurate searching will not be possible.

1 Press the scroll buttons (k/j) to select the folder you want to listen to the track within.

2 Press the ENTER button.

or

ppMP3/WMA files that are not inside folders will be shown after the folders in order.

3 Press the scroll buttons (k/j) to select the track you want to listen to.

4 Press the ENTER button.

or

Playback starts from the selected track.

ppWhen playing files on a USB flash drive, press the skip (.) button to move to the folder before.

ppWhen viewing a folder, press the skip (/) button to move to the next folder.

ppWhen a file is selected, press the skip (/) button to start playback of the track.
