1 d’olio, sale

1 Tagliare le patate in bastoncini secondo la propria preferenza: 8 x 8 mm, 10 x 10 mm o 13 x 13 mm. Sciaquare abbondantemente le patate tagliate, farle sgocciolare e seccare accuratamente.

2Mettere le patate nell’ActiFry®. Versare l’olio uniformemente sulle patate.

3 Cuocere per 40 - 45 min. a seconda dello spessore delle patate.

600 g di petti di tacchino tagliati a striscioline (1 cm per 3 cm)

½bicchiere di porto bianco

½ di aceto di sidro

	10 cl d’acqua	PT

1Tagliare i peperoni a losanghe di 2 cm per lato. Metterli nell’ActiFry® con le cipolle, aggiungere l’olio d’oliva e cuocere per 10 – 15 min.

2	Aggiungere l’aglio e cuocere per 5 min. Condire.	EL
3	Aggiungere le striscioline di tacchino, il porto bianco, l’acqua, l’aceto di sidro e cuocere per 10 – 15 min.

800 g di gamberi

1 cipolla sminuzzata

5 spicchi d’aglio tritato

½mazzetto di prezzemolo tritato

3 d’olio d’oliva

1 limone sale, pepe

1Passare i gamberi sotto l’acqua fredda e asciugarli. In un piatto, ricoprire i gamberi con l’aglio, la cipolla, il prezzemolo e l’olio. Lasciare marinare per 15 min.

2Cuocere i gamberi con la marinata per 12 - 15 min. Quando i gamberi diventano arancioni aggiungere sale e pepe.

3 Servire con spicchi di limone.
