[SOURce[1|2]]:FREQuency:STOP
This command sets or queries the start frequency of sweep for the specified
channel. This command is always used with the
[SOURce[1|2]]:FREQuency:STARt command. The setting range of stop
frequency depends on the waveform selected for sweep.

Arguments <frequency>::=<NRf>[<units>]
where
<NRf> is the stop frequency.
<units>::=[Hz | kHz | MHz]
Returns <frequency>
Examples SOURce1:FREQuency:STOP 100KHz
sets the stop frequency of CH 1 to 100 kHz.
